All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Course Transfers

Requests to transfer a booking to an alternative date must be made in writing.

Transfers may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability and sufficient notice being provided.

Requests received within 14 days of the course date may be treated as cancellations.

Online & Blended Learning

For courses that include online learning, blended learning or registration with an external awarding organisation, fees become non-refundable once a learner has been registered with the awarding body.

Where external registration is required, the registration date will be treated as the course start date for cancellation purposes.

Non-Attendance

If a delegate fails to attend a course without prior notice, the full course fee remains payable and no refund or transfer will be offered.

Late Arrival

Many qualifications require delegates to attend the full course duration.

Delegates arriving late may be refused entry if essential course content has been missed. In these circumstances, course fees remain payable and certification may not be issued.

Delegate Behaviour & Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional learning environment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to or remove any delegate whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise prevents the effective delivery of training.

Delegates who attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.

No refund, transfer or certification will be offered where removal is necessary due to misconduct.

Fitness To Participate

Some courses involve practical activities, role play exercises, physical participation or assessments.

Delegates are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally able to participate.

Any medical conditions, injuries, disabilities or additional learning requirements that may affect participation should be disclosed before the course date so that reasonable adjustments can be considered where possible.

Prerequisite Qualifications

Certain courses require delegates to hold valid prerequisite qualifications.

It is the responsibility of the delegate or booker to provide evidence of any required certification before the course begins.

Failure to provide evidence may result in refusal to attend the course and non-certification. Course fees remain payable.

Course Materials & Intellectual Property

Course manuals, learning materials and resources are included unless otherwise stated.

All materials remain the intellectual property of Cracking Training or the relevant awarding organisation and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

Certification

Certificates will normally be issued electronically within 14 working days of successful course completion, subject to full payment being received and any awarding body requirements being met.

Where external awarding organisations are involved, certificate delivery times may vary.

On-Site Training & Venues

For on-site training, customers must provide a suitable training environment, including adequate space, seating, lighting and facilities required for the course.

Where requested, a suitable venue may be arranged on behalf of the customer. Additional venue charges may apply.

Photography & Marketing

Photographs or video footage may occasionally be taken during training sessions for promotional, marketing or social media purposes.

Any delegate who does not wish to appear in photographs or video content should notify the trainer before the course begins.

Course Changes & Cancellations By Us

Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes, we reserve the right to amend course dates, venues, trainers or delivery methods where necessary.

If a course is cancelled by us, delegates will be offered either:

● A transfer to an alternative date; or

● A full refund of any fees paid.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including travel expenses, accommodation costs or loss of earnings.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, venue closures, utility failures, industrial action, public health emergencies or government restrictions.

Data Protection & Privacy

Information provided during the booking process will be stored securely and used solely for the administration and delivery of training services.

Where qualifications are certificated by external awarding organisations, relevant information may be shared with those organisations for certification purposes.

Marketing communications will only be sent where consent has been provided. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
